Khepsa

Ingredients to make Khepsa

  • For Roasted Chiken-
  • Chiken - 1/2kg
  • salt - As per taste
  • ginger/garlic paste - 2tablespoon
  • Red chillie powder - 2tablespoon
  • Tandoori masala - 3tablespoon
  • yogurt - 1/4cup
  • oil - 2tablespoon
  • For rice-
  • rice - 1cup
  • ginger/garlic paste - 1tablespoon
  • Garam masala powder - 1tablespoon
  • green chillies - 2-3
  • cumin seeds - 1tablespoon
  • turmeric powder - 1/2tablespoon
  • cumin & Corrainder powder - 1tablespoon
  • oil - 2tablespoon
  • onion - 1thinly sliced
  • water - 1/2cup or as required
  • salt- As per taste

How to make Khepsa

  1. In a bowl add chiken add all the ingredients listed above.
  2. Than roast it at 180degree untill its done.
  3. In a pan add oil add cumin seeds.
  4. Add onion than saute it nicely.
  5. Add g/g paste and green chillies.
  6. Add all the masalas and rice.
  7. Add water.
  8. Cook untill the water is evaporated.
  9. Remove it in a plate than place the roasted chiken between it.
