Ingredients to make Stuffed vegetables puris

  • 1 tsp oil
  • 1/4 cup chop onion
  • 1 tsp ginger garlic paste
  • 1 boil sweet potato
  • 1/4 cup chop cabbage
  • 1 tsp jeera
  • 1/2 cup mix vegetables
  • 1 green chill
  • coriander leaves
  • salt as per taste
  • 1/2 tsp red chilli powder
  • 1/2 tsp garam masala
  • 1/2 tsp jeera powder
  • oil for frying
  • Chutney for serving

How to make Stuffed vegetables puris

  1. HEAT OIL IN PAN ADD GINGER GARLIC PASTE AND ONION SAUTE THEM AND ADD MIX VEGETABLES AND CABBAGE COOK THEM
  2. ADD SPICES EXCEPT GARAM MASALA
  3. ADD SWEET POTATO
  4. AND MIX
  5. ADD GARAM MASALA
  6. ADD CORIANDER LEAVES
  7. NOW TAKE A BALL OF DOUGH AND ROLL DOWN DOUGH
  8. PUT IT ON ROUND PURI MOULD TAKE ONE SPOON FILLING AND FILL IN IT
  9. NOW CLOSE THIS AND PRESS REMOVE EXTRA DOUGH AND YAKE OUT PURI FROM MOULD
  10. HEAT OIL AND FRY THEM CRISPY
  11. OUR MASALA FILLED PURIS ARE READY FOR BREAKFAST
  12. SERVE WITH GREEN AND GARLIC CHUTNEY
