ABOUT Fried Idli RECIPE

This is the makeover of leftover idlies, to make something even more delicious. A perfect snack and breakfast option.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Leftover idlies minimum 15
  2. Onion
  3. Ginger
  4. Garlic
  5. Green chillies
  6. Cumin seeds
  7. Red chilli Flakes
  8. Coriander leaves
  9. Oil for frying

Instructions

  1. Sliced onions, garlic, ginger green chillies
  2. Take a frying pan add oil in it
  3. Add cumin seeds , mustered seeds onions, ginger garlic and green chillies and fried for 2 min
  4. Took all idlies in to a bowl garnish with coriander leaves...
  5. Cut idli in to 4 pc
  6. Add all cut idlies in to frying pan mix all them add some salt..
