Fried Idli

Ingredients to make Fried Idli

  • Leftover idlies minimum 15
  • onion
  • ginger
  • garlic
  • green chillies
  • cumin seeds
  • red chilli Flakes
  • coriander leaves
  • oil for frying

How to make Fried Idli

  1. Sliced onions, garlic, ginger green chillies
  2. Take a frying pan add oil in it
  3. Add cumin seeds , mustered seeds onions, ginger garlic and green chillies and fried for 2 min
  4. Took all idlies in to a bowl garnish with coriander leaves...
  5. Cut idli in to 4 pc
  6. Add all cut idlies in to frying pan mix all them add some salt..

My Tip:

Enjoy this recipe with coconut chutney
