Ingredients to make Blue kraut cabbage dosa

  • Idly rice - 100 gm
  • Raw white rice - 100 gm
  • Uraldhall - 25 gm
  • Blue kraut cabbage - 1/2 flower
  • salt - to taste

How to make Blue kraut cabbage dosa

  1. INGREDIENTS; IDLY RICE - 100GM, RAW WHITE RICE - 100GM, URALDHALL -25GM, BLUE KRAUT -1/2FLOWER, SALT
  2. SOAK IDLY RICE, RAW WHITE RICE WITH URAL DHALL FOR 3 HRS
  3. AFTER 3HRS CHOP THE BLUE KRAUT LIKE THIS, ADD TO THE BLENDER
  4. BLEND FINE PASTE LIKE THIS, RINSE THE RICE 4OR5 TIMES,DRAIN FROM WATER AND PLACE IT IN THE MIXER. 
  5. ADD SOAKED RICE INTO THE BLENDER
  6. TOP WITH SALT, DRAINED RICE, AND LITTLE WATER. GRIND SMOOTHLY. 
  7. POUR THE GROUND BATTER IN A VESSEL, LARGE ENOUGH TO HOLD THE VOLUME AS IT WILL RISE.
  8. MIX AND MAKE SMOOTH AGAIN AND ADD WATER IF ITS TOO THICK.IT SHOULD BE POURING CONSISTENCY AS SHOWN
  9. HEAT TAWA AND SPREAD A LADLE FULL OF BATTER.YOU CAN SPREAD THIN OR THICK DEPENDING ON YOUR WISH
  10. ADD SOME OIL AROUND THE BATTER
  11. COOK COVERED AND FLIPPING IS OPTIONAL. I FLIP THE DOSA
  12. Healthy yum yum loving dosa ready, kids luv purple colour mostly, so they easily accept this
