Ingredients to make Veggie porridge

  • rice-1cup soaked
  • moong dal-1/4cup soaked
  • onion-1
  • tomato-1
  • carrot-1
  • Beans-5-6
  • potato-1
  • peas-1tblspn
  • ginger garlic paste
  • chilli powder-1spn
  • masala powder-2spn
  • Garam masala-1spn
  • turmeric powder-1spn
  • curd-1/4cup

How to make Veggie porridge

  1. IN A COOKER ADD ONION, TOMATO, MINT AND CORIANDER LEAVES AND ALL VEGGIES
  2. ADD ALL THE SPICE POWDERS AND CURD
  3. ADD 1SPOON CHILLI POWDER AND 2SPN GINGER GARLIC PASTE
  4. NEXT ADD FOUR CUPS OF WATER
  5. NEXT CLOSE THE LID AND COOK IT FOR 5-6 WHISTLES
  6. AFTER 6WHISTLES ADD COOKED THINGS INTO MIXER JAR AND PULSE IT FOR 1SEC
  7. OR ELSE JUST MASH IT WITH THE LADDLE
  8. NEXT ADD TWO CUPS OF COCONUT MILK AND MIX WELL
  9. ADD REQUIRED SALT AND MIX WELL
  10. HEAT IT FOR JUST 5MINS
  11. IN ANOTHER PAN ADD GHEE AND COCONUT OIL AND HEAT IT
  12. ADD SOME ONION, CURRY LEAVES
  13. ADD G.G PASTE AND MIX WELL
  14. POUR THIS TEMPERING THINGS INTO COOKED PORRIDGE AND MIX WELL
