Stuffed Bread Pakora

Ingredients to make Stuffed Bread Pakora

  • Gram flour 2 cups
  • red chilli powder 1 tsp
  • Salt as per taste
  • coriander powder 1 tsp
  • turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
  • bread pieces 8 pieces cut into desired shape.
  • potato boiled n mashed 2
  • Green chutney of coriander;green chilli; ginger; garlic cumin and salt
  • oil for frying
  • Curd 2 tsp

How to make Stuffed Bread Pakora

  1. Prepare a paste of gram flour with water. Add spices and salt to it.
  2. To make the pakoras soft, add 2 tsp hot oil to the batter.
  3. Mash the boiled potatoes, add spices and salt.
  4. Prepare green chutney.
  5. To a bread piece apply mashed potato then put another bread piece over it and apply green chutney on it. Cover with another bread piece. Put it in the batter, ensure that it is coated properly.
  6. In hot oil, fry them till they are cooked from both sides. Enjoy with green chutney mixed in yogurt.
