Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Sabudana (sago) washed & soaked - 1 cup
  2. Milk - 1/ 2 kg
  3. Sugar - 3/4 cup
  4. Chopped nuts of your choice
  5. Elaichi powder - 2 tbsp
  6. Saffron - few strings

Instructions

  1. Boil milk & put the soaked washed Sabudana. Cook till it gets tender & soft.
  2. Now add sugar and cook till all the water evaporates and milk reduces and becomes thick.
  3. Add chopped nuts & saffron strings and elaichi powder, cook till everything is incorporated well.
  4. Serve in a bowl and garnish with chopped nuts and saffron strings.
