Ingredients to make Dry shrimps and spring onions dry fry

  • 2 cups of dry shrimps cleaned washed and Soakein water for 15 min
  • 2 cups of spring onions finely chopped
  • ,1 cup finely chopped onions
  • 5 garlic cloves chopped
  • 5 tsp ginger garlic coriander green chilies paste
  • Salt turmeric red chilli powder garam masala as per test
  • 5 Pcs cocum

How to make Dry shrimps and spring onions dry fry

  1. Take all the ingredients.
  2. Take ginger garlic coriander green chilies and make paste.
  3. Heat oil in to the pan on high flame add mashed garlic.fry till garlic turned golden brown.
  4. Add chopped onions.fry onions till become golden brown.
  5. Add salt turmeric red chilli powder garam masala saute it.
  6. Add green paste.
  7. Add soaked dry shrimps and saute until it becomes dry.
  8. Add spring onions to shrimps saute it. Cover it with life and let it cook for 5 min.
  9. Let it cook till 5min.
  10. Fry shrimps and spring onions dry fry is ready.

My Tip:

Testes awesome with rice,bajra bhakri
