Ingredients to make Masal Egg Strips

  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 cup of chopped onion
  • 1/4 cup of chopped capsicum
  • 1/2 Chopped tomatoes
  • 1 Teaspoon of chilly sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon of pepper powder
  • salt to taste
  • 1 Teaspoon of oil

How to make Masal Egg Strips

  1. TAKE A TWO EGGS AND BEAT WELL
  2. HEAT A PAN ADD LITTLE OIL
  3. POUR THE EGG MIXTURE
  4. SPRINKLE A PINCH OF SALT AND PEPPER
  5. COOK FOR 2 MINUTES
  6. FLIP THE EGG
  7. SWITCH OFF THE FLAME AND TRANSFER THE PLATE
  8. HEAT A 1/2 TEASPOON OIL IN A SAME PAN
  9. ADD 2 TABLESPOON OF CHOPPED ONION
  10. SAUTE WELL AND ADD CHOPPED GARLIC AND GINGER
  11. ADD CHOPPED CAPSICUM
  12. SAUTE WELL ADD 1/2 CHOPPED TOMATOES
  13. MEAN WHILE ROLL THE EGG GENTLY AND CUT INTO STRIPS
  14. EGG STRIPS IS READY
  15. ADD 1 TEASPOON OF CHILLY SAUCE
  16. SAUTE WELL
  17. A PINCH OF PEPPER
  18. ADD SALT
  19. ADD EGG STRIPS
  20. GENTLY MIX THE EGGS
  21. SWITCH OFF THE FLAME AND TRANSFER THE PLATE
