About Dibba roti Recipe

Dibba roti is a famous dish of andhra pradesh which is made from idli batter and some other ingredents.it is cooked on low flame very thick and crusty from outside as well soft from inside.believe me it is yum.i make it first time with a little twist.i make tadka on it .

Ingredients to make Dibba roti

  • 1 cup rice paste
  • 1 cup urad daal paste
  • 1 chopped onion
  • 7-8 curry leaves
  • 2 chop green chillies
  • salt as per taste
  • 2 tsp oil
  • 1 tsp mustard seeds
  • coriander leaves

How to make Dibba roti

  1. TAKE RICE AND DAAL PASTE AND MIX THEM
  2. ADD ONION AND SALT
  3. ADD GREEN CHILLI AND CORIANDER LEAVES
  4. GREASE PAN AND ADD 4 TBSP BATTER ON IT AND SPREAD IT
  5. COOK IT ON SLOW FLAME
  6. WHEN IT COOKED FROM ONE SIDE FLIP IT AND COOK FROM OTHER SIDE
  7. MAKE A TADKA WITH MUSTARD SEEDS AND SEASME SEEDS AND CURRY LEAVES AND POUR UPON DIBBA ROTI
  8. SERVE HOT WITH PICKLE
