  1. Boiled rice 2 cups
  2. Whole urad dal 1/2 cup
  3. Fenugreek seeds 1 tablespoon
  4. Salt
  5. Gingely oil 4 tablespoon

Instructions

  1. SOAK RICE, FENUGREEK SEEDS IN A BOWL AND URAD DAL IN ANOTHER BOWL FOR 4 HRS AND GRIND AS DOSA BATTER
  2. AFTER FERMENTATION OVERNIGHT THIS IS CONSISTENCY OF THE BATTER
  3. IN A HOT TAWA MAKE THICK DOSA AND COOK COVERED
  4. SPRINKLE SOME OIL AND COOK IN LOW FLAME
  5. TURN UPSIDE DOWN AND COOK THE OTHER SIDE
  6. SERVE HOT WITH SHALLOT CHUTNEY
