Samvak Rice Vada

Ingredients to make Samvak Rice Vada

  • Samvak rice - 1 cup
  • coriander leaves - finely chopped
  • sendha namak - to taste
  • green chillies: one

How to make Samvak Rice Vada

  1. Soak samvak rice for minimum three to four hours.
  2. Pressure cook for three whistles.
  3. Strain and let then cool.
  4. Add hara dhaniya, green chillies, sendha namak and make vadas.
  5. Refrigerate for half an hour.
  6. Deep fry them or cook them in appe pan. Your crispy from outside and soft inside vadas for fast are ready.
