Korean veg stir fry

Ingredients to make Korean veg stir fry

  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 onion thinly sliced
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp ginger minced
  • 2 tsp toasted sesame seeds
  • 1 tsp brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup thinly julienned bell pepper
  • 1/4 cup thin strips of carrots
  • some broccoli florets ,salt as needed

How to make Korean veg stir fry

  1. Take a wok ,heat sesame oil , stir fry all vegetables on high heat , add salt , soy sauce, garlic powder, ginger, brown sugar , salt as needed,
  2. keep tossing vegetables and retain the crunch by cooking on high to medium heat without adding water.
  3. transfer to a bowl, sprinkle toasted sesame seeds, mix well
  4. enjoy with steamed rice
