A healthy plate of flavorsome Korean stir fry using colorful vegetables, mild spices , a great weight watchers dish

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1 tbsp sesame oil
  2. 1 onion thinly sliced
  3. 1 tbsp soy sauce
  4. 1 tsp garlic powder
  5. 1 tsp ginger minced
  6. 2 tsp toasted sesame seeds
  7. 1 tsp brown sugar
  8. 1/2 cup thinly julienned bell pepper
  9. 1/4 cup thin strips of carrots
  10. some broccoli florets ,salt as needed

Instructions

  1. Take a wok ,heat sesame oil , stir fry all vegetables on high heat , add salt , soy sauce, garlic powder, ginger, brown sugar , salt as needed,
  2. keep tossing vegetables and retain the crunch by cooking on high to medium heat without adding water.
  3. transfer to a bowl, sprinkle toasted sesame seeds, mix well
  4. enjoy with steamed rice
