This simple Mexican soup yet very tasty with grated cheese and noodles will surely enrich your taste buds.

Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. Tomato - 300 grams
  2. Chopped onion - 1 cup
  3. Noodles - 200 grams
  4. Corn flour - 1 tablespoon
  5. Pepper powder - 2 teaspoon
  6. Grated cheese -2 tablespoon
  7. Butter - 1 tablespoon
  8. Milk - 1/2 cup
  9. Chopped coriander - 2 tablespoon
  10. Salt - to taste

Instructions

  1. Boil the chopped tomatoes with half amount of chopped onions and required amount of water.
  2. After the temperature cools down grind them using a blender.
  3. Heat butter in a pan and add remaining chopped onions. Saute for a minute
  4. Pour the tomato mixture and allow them to boil.
  5. Mix corn flour with warm milk and pour it to the tomato soup.
  6. Add pepper powder and salt.
  7. Add cooked noodles and allow them to boil for a minute.
  8. Serve in soup bowls and garnish with grated cheese and coriander leaves
  9. Season with salt and pepper. Serve hot.
