Italian style mix veg whole wheat pizza.

Ingredients to make Italian style mix veg whole wheat pizza.

  • 2 Cup Whole wheat flour
  • 1/4 cup yogurt
  • 2 tsp fruit salt
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup Grated Cheese
  • 4 tomatoes for pizza sauce
  • 1 Green Bell pepper
  • 100 gm panner cubes
  • 1 onion and tomato
  • 1 carrot
  • 2 tsp ginger garlic paste
  • 1 large jalapeno chilli
  • 2 tsp olive oil.
  • 2 tsp nigellia seeds
  • 2 tsp tomato ketchup
  • 2 chilli sauce
  • 1 tsp mix italian seasoning.

How to make Italian style mix veg whole wheat pizza.

  1. Thinly chop green bell pepper,carrot,onion and tomato.
  2. For pizza sauce in a pan add oil ginger garlic paste and 4 tomato puree and tomato ketchup and chilli sauce cook till water dry.
  3. For base in a bowl add flour ,yogurt ,salt and fruit salt and mix all togethor then add luke warm water and kneed a soft dough and rest it for 2-3 hour till double in size
  4. Then take a dough ball and make round out of it then place it in baking tray and bake it for 12 min and when it cool down then spread sauce,vegetables on top and then put grated chesse ,paneer and sprinkle nigellia seed,italian seasoning and bake it again for 12 min at 180.c
  5. Then drizzle some olive oil before serving.
