Today i made paneer tikka naanza.very tasty and yummy.masaledaar paneer tikka on naan alongwith cheese tastes heavenly.

Ingredients to make Paneer tikka naanza

  • 1 cup all purpose flour
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1 tsp oil
  • 1/4 cup curd
  • Butter or oil for cooking naan
  • Black seasme seeds
  • Kasoori methi for naan
  • For paneer tikka masala---
  • 1 cup paneer cubes
  • 1/2 cup capsicum cubes
  • 1/4 cup onion cubes
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 1 green chilli
  • 1 tsp ginger paste
  • 1 ts garlic paste
  • Kasoori methi
  • 1/2 cup curd
  • 1 tsp oil
  • salt as per taste
  • 2 tbsp tikka masala
  • 1 tsp red chilli powder
  • 1/2 tsp haldi
  • 1 tsp garam masala
  • 1 lemon juice
  • 4 cubes of process cheese
  • Oregano
  • Flakes
  • tomato sauce for spread on naan

How to make Paneer tikka naanza

  1. TAKE CURD IN A BOWL
  2. ADD HALDI AND TIKKA MASALA
  3. AND RED CHILLI POWDER
  4. ADD GARAM MASALA
  5. ADD JEERA POWDER
  6. ADD KASOORI METHI
  7. ADD GINGER PASTE
  8. AND GARLIC PASTE
  9. ADD LEMON JUICE
  10. MIX ALL OF THEM
  11. ADD PANEER CUBES AND CAPSICUM AND ONION CUBES
  12. THEN ADD CHOPPED ONION
  13. COAT MARINATION ON PANEER AND ALL BY SLIGHT MIXING AND LEAVE FOR 30 MIN.
  14. TILL THEN TAKE FLOUR IN A BOWL
  15. ADD OIL AND SALT
  16. ADD SUGAR AND CURD
  17. MIX THEM AND MAKE DOUGH
  18. NOW HEAT OIL IN PAN AND ADD MARINATED VEGGIES
  19. STIR THEM AND COOK A LITTLE TILL IT BECOME DRY
  20. NOW TAKE A BALL OF DOUGH AND ROLL IT
  21. BRUSH WATER UPON IT
  22. SPRINKLE SOME BLACK SEASME SEEDS
  23. AND KASOORI METHI
  24. HEAT TAVA AND COOK NAAN ON TAWA
  25. ADD SOME OIL AND COOK FROM BOTH SIDE
  26. PREHEAT OVAN AND SPREAD SAUCE ON NAAN
  27. AND PANEER TIKKA STUFFING
  28. NOW GRATE CHEESE
  29. SPRINKLE OREGANO
  30. AND FLAKES
  31. BAKE IN OVAN FOR 7-8 MIN.AT 180 DEGREE
  32. OUR PANNER TIKKA NAANZA IS READY TO SERVE
