About Oats maggi Recipe

Oats maggi is healthy option in maggi.

Oats maggi

Ingredients to make Oats maggi

  • Oats Maggi 2 packets
  • salt to taste
  • Ching's shezwan noodles masala 1 teaspoon
  • onion 1 finely chopped
  • Green chilli 1 finely chopped
  • capsicum 2 table spoon finely chopped
  • carrot 1 table spoon finely chopped
  • oil 1 table spoon

How to make Oats maggi

  1. Take a pan heat the water and boil (99%) the oats maggi and some salt but don't put masala only maggi.
  2. After that drain immediately and cool under running water till noodles are thoroughly cooled.
  3. Heat the oil in pan and add the onions and chilli and fry after that add capsicum, carrots and spinkel some salt and cook in high flame.
  4. After that add noodles and Ching's shezwan noodles masala and stir- fry till well mixed. Do all this over high heat.
  5. Your oats maggi is ready garnish with some fresh coriander and serve hot.

My Tip:

You can use chilli sauce according to your taste and add some more veggies.
