Ingredients to make Mango Lassi

  • Sweet and fleshy Mango, 1 Medium Size, Remove Skin and dice
  • Yogurt, 1/2 Cup, Thick and Smooth
  • Fresh Milk, 1/4 Cup, Chilled
  • Water, 1/4 Cup, Chilled
  • Cardamom, 2, Crushed
  • Sugar, As per your Taste
  • Chopped Mango pieces, Few, For garnishing
  • Cardamom Powder, A pinch, For garnishing

How to make Mango Lassi

  1. Place all ingredients in a blender or food processor.
  2. Blend and make a smooth shake.
  3. Serve immediately with or without ice cubes and enjoy!
