Ingredients to make Quick No Yeast Bhature

  • 1 big boiled potato
  • 1 cup All Purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup whole wheat flour
  • Salt as per taste
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • Oil for Frying

How to make Quick No Yeast Bhature

  1. Mash boiled potatoes nicely, add both the flours, salt and oil and knead the dough. Rest it for 5-10 minutes.
  2. Make golf size balls and make circle as per your wish, I made big bhatura so I got around 10, if you wish you can make small size. Heat the oil in big pan.
  3. When oil is hot, fry bhatura till its brown on one side, flip it and cook on other side. Take it out on paper towel and fry all the bhaturas.
  4. Serve with chole, pickle and onion.
