Fish on skewers with smoky flavor

Ingredients to make Fish on skewers with smoky flavor

  • 1 kg fish
  • For marinated
  • 2 tsp garlic and ginger paste
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 2tsp soya sauce
  • 2-3 tsp mustard oil
  • 2 tsp red chilli powder
  • 2-3 tsp mustard sauce
  • 2-3 tsp salt
  • 1 egg
  • 1-2 tsp lemon juice
  • 2 tsp cornflour
  • 2 tsp oats
  • 1 onion& make paste
  • 2 capsicum in cubes
  • 2 onions in cubes
  • Some skewers
  • For smoky flavors
  • Coal & foil paper

How to make Fish on skewers with smoky flavor

  1. Wash the fish
  2. Cut into cubes
  3. Marinate it with above ingredients for 1 hr
  4. Then arrange in skewers
  5. In between arrange capsicum and onions
  6. Heat non stick pan ,pour 2 tsp oil & cook for 10 min on slow heat & change the side
  7. For smoky flavour
  8. Burn coal when it turns into red ,put in foil paper & pour some oil and keep it in center of pan & cover the pan with lid for 2-4 minutes
  9. Serve with green chutney& crushed raddish

My Tip:

Smokey flavors is optional
