Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Paneer 150 gm
  2. Boiled Potato 1 Big
  3. corn starch 1 tspn
  4. all purpose flour 2 tspn
  5. onian 2 chopped
  6. Garlic 6 cloves
  7. Ginger 1 inch
  8. Tomato 3 chopped
  9. oil for frying koftas
  10. Salt
  11. Garam masala powder 1 tspn
  12. Red chilli powder 1 tspn
  13. Kashmiri chilli powder 1 tspn
  14. cream 4 tspn
  15. cashews 8 soaked
  16. fenugreek leaves 1/2 tspn
  17. Ghee 3 tbsp

Instructions

  1. mix paneer. potato corn starch well
  2. make small balls coat in all purpose flour and deep fry . I m shallow frying in apple pan
  3. boil onion tomato ginger garlic and cashews in a pan
  4. Cook this mixture and grind into a paste
  5. in another pan add ghee . add this tomato onion paste and cook it for 4 minuets
  6. add salt dry spices and water . let it cook for 7 to 8 minuets
  7. add fresh cream mix well
  8. now gravy is ready . don’t add kofta to this gravy this time . add kofta in serving dish pour gravy over it garnish with cream and coriander leaves
