Naan, kofta,dal makhhani. This is a complete punjabi platter, a menu for any dinner party occasion.

Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. For naan
  2. 1 cup maida
  3. 1 tsp baking soda
  4. 1/4 baking powder
  5. Salt
  6. 1 tsp milk
  7. 1 tsp sugar
  8. 1 tsp curd
  9. Ghee 2 tsp
  10. Kofta:-
  11. 4 boil potato
  12. 2 bread slice
  13. Salt
  14. 4 tbsp paneer
  15. Dal makhhani:-
  16. Black dal 1 cup
  17. 1/4 chanadal
  18. 1l4 rajma ( small
  19. Oinon 2 chopped
  20. 2 tomato chopped
  21. 1 tsp Garlic paste
  22. Salt per your taste
  23. Greavy
  24. 4 tomato
  25. 4 onion
  26. 4 garlic cloves
  27. Melon seeds 1 tsp
  28. Oil 4 tbsp
  29. Salt per your taste
  30. 1 tsp Ginger paste

Instructions

  1. For naan mix all ingredients make soft dough keep in hot place 7-8 hours Than make a big ball & make naan Heat tava & rost naan & apply butter If u like u can use coriander,pudina , methi
  2. For kofta Mix all ingredients for kofta than make kofta & fry
  3. Mix all ingredients for greavy & micro 10 minutes
  4. Than crush this greavy than add salt,red chilli powder, kitchen king masala,kasuri methi( crush with your palm) Than micro again 5 minute At serving time add kofta
  5. Dal makhani Sock all dal than cook in pressure cooker 4 whistle
  6. Heat oil add mustard seeds,cumin seeds,onion , tomato,garlic paste,ginger paste,salt add dal cook
  7. When oil come upside off the gess
  8. Ready rj special Punjabi dish
