About Sabudana Cutlets Recipe

Sabudana and boiled potatoes make yummy cutlets that can be eaten during Navratri fasting.

Sabudana Cutlets

Ingredients to make Sabudana Cutlets

  • Soaked sabudana 1 cup
  • Boiled mashed potatoes 2 cups
  • coriander chopped 3 tbsp
  • salt to taste
  • red chilli powder 1/2 tsp
  • Green chilli chopped 2 nos

How to make Sabudana Cutlets

  1. Mix all ingredients together in a bowl.
  2. Shape the mixture into desired cutlet size.
  3. Either shallow fry till golden brown or air fry them in the airfryer for about 10 minutes.
  4. Serve hot with green chutney.

My Tip:

You could coat the cutlets in roasted groundnut powder before frying them to get a crunch on the outside.
