About Besani chhole Recipe

Punjabi chole, a perfect side dish for puri and chole.

Besani chhole

Ingredients to make Besani chhole

  • 1 bowl boil cholle
  • 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
  • 2 tbsp gramflour
  • 1/2 bowl imli water
  • salt to taste
  • 1 tbsp redchilli
  • 1 tbsp coriander powder
  • 1tbsp garam masala
  • oil
  • 2_3 green chilli

How to make Besani chhole

  1. Boil chole by adding salt till half hr.
  2. When it boils sieve water add oil and add heeng and gram flour.
  3. Saute till it turns brown now add all spices and imli water .
  4. Now add chhola mix well .boil in simmer flame for 5 mn.
  5. Garnish with onions green chilli.serve hot

My Tip:

Can be eaten with puri bhatura.
