Sabudana Khichadi

Ingredients to make Sabudana Khichadi

  • Sabudana 1 cup
  • Boiled potato - 2
  • Tomato - 2
  • Green chilli - 2
  • peanuts roasted - 1/4 cup
  • Lemon juice - 1tbsp
  • Sendha Namak - 1 1/2 tbsp
  • Red Chilli Powder - 1/4 tbsp
  • Oil - 2 tbsp

How to make Sabudana Khichadi

  1. Soak the sabudana for 2 hours and then strain it and spread on cotton cloth for 2- 3 hours
  2. Take a fry pan and put 2 tbsp oil to it.
  3. Add chopped boiled potatoes and tomatoes to it.
  4. Now add green chillies and peanuts to it.
  5. Now add soaked sabudana to it.
  6. Now add salt n chilli to it.
  7. Add lemon juice and stir well.
  8. Cover it with cotton cloth and let it be like this for 10 minutes
  9. Let the flavours come together and then eat hot!
My Tip: Serve with dhania chutney and curd
