This is a delicious curry made with mutton and dal.

Mmasur daal Gosht.

Ingredients to make Mmasur daal Gosht.

  • Muttton - 200 gm
  • Masur daal - 1/2 cup
  • onion [chopped] - 1
  • bay leaf - 1
  • cloves - 2
  • big cardamom - 1
  • cinnamon - 1
  • cumin seeds - 1 tsp
  • Garam masala - 1 tsp
  • meat masala powder - 1 tsp
  • red chilly powder - 1 tsp
  • salt
  • turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
  • coriander powder - 1/2 tsp
  • tomatoes [chopped] -2
  • refined oil

How to make Mmasur daal Gosht.

  1. Rinse mutton well with water, in a cooker add oil, put all khada masala in it add onion sliced, fry mutton in this add tomatoes with dry masala, fry, add masur ki daal, mix well.
  2. Cook it until 4 whistles. Stir, check for seasoning and serve.

Fry mutton well...
