  1. MIX WELL 1/4 CUP CHIA SEEDS AND 1.5 CUP COCONUT MILK AND REFRIGERATE IT OVERNIGHT
  2. ADD HONEY AND MIX WELL
  3. IN A HOT PAN ADD 2 TABLESPOON SUGAR TO CARAMALISE
  4. WHILE IT MELTS ADD PIECES OF CASHEW AND BADAM
  5. LET IT COOL
  6. WITH THE CARAMEL MAKE SUGAR STRINGS
  7. JUST PULL ON TO GET A CONTINUOUS STREAM OF STRINGS
  8. JUST CUT YOUR FAVOURITE FRUITS LIKE MANGO, APPLE, WATERMELON
  9. FILL IN THE GLASS WITH ONE LATER OF MANGO AND POUR CHIA MIX
  10. FILL ONE LATER OF APPLE AND POUR CHIA MIX
  11. FOLLOW THIS WITH ALL FRUITS
  12. ADD SOME RAISINS AND CARAMELIZED NUTS
