Ingredients to make Vegetable Hakka noodles

  • Hakka noodles 1 packet
  • oil 1 tablespoon
  • ghee 1 tablespoon
  • salt
  • carrot 1
  • cauliflower 2florets
  • Beans 6 numbers
  • onion 1
  • Soya sauce 1 teaspoon
  • chilly sauce 2 tablespoon
  • vinegar 1 teaspoon
  • Ginger garlic chilly paste 2 teaspoon

How to make Vegetable Hakka noodles

  1. IN A PAN ADD WATER SALT AND OIL. WHILE BOILING ADD NOODLES
  2. DRAIN WATER
  3. WASH WITH COOL WATER
  4. CUT VEGETABLES THIN
  5. IN A PAN ADD GHEE AND ONION
  6. ADD GINGER GARLIC PASTE
  7. ADD BEANS AND SAUTE
  8. ADD CARROTS
  9. ADD CAULIFLOWER
  10. ADD CAPSICUM
  11. ADD 1 TEASPOON VINEGAR
  12. ADD 2 TABLESPOON CHILLY SAUCE
  13. ADD 1 TEASPOON SOYA SAUCE AND MIX WELL
  14. ADD NOODLES AND MIX WELL
