A melt-in-the-mouth bottle gourd kofte in tomato gravy.

Mix all the ingredients for Koftas in a bowl . Make small round balls of equal size. Heat oil in a wok, fry the Koftas from both sides.
Drain on paper towel and set aside. Make a paste with onions, garlic and green chilli with the help of some water in food processor.
Remove excess oil from the wok and you should be left with around 2 tablespoon oil in it. Add dried fenugreek leaves and cumin seeds. Saute for 1 minute.
Add the paste to this, and add spices and salt. Mix well.
Now add tomato puree and saute till the oil leaves the sides. Add water and let it boil for few minutes. Now add the koftas made earlier in the curry . Cook for few minutes.
Serve and enjoy.
Add the paste made above and saute; for 10-15 minutes on low heat till golden brown in color.

I made kofta low calorie by steaming it. instead deep fry. and toss it in little oil. for softness u need less chanson flour.
Minal its mentioned that you have to add it in step 5 of recipe preparation.
