  1. Ingredients for Rajwadi bateka:
  2. 4 parboiled potatoes peel and cut from centre
  3. 1 cup crumbled paneer
  4. 1 tbsp chopped green chilly
  5. 1tbsp chopped coriander
  6. 1tsp redchilly powder and
  7. 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  8. Salt
  9. Ingredients for red curry
  10. 2tbsp ghee
  11. 1/2 tsp cumin seeds
  12. 2 tbsp green chilly ginger garlic paste
  13. 1/3 cup onion paste
  14. 1 cup tomato puree
  15. 1/3 cup Kashmiri redchilly paste
  16. 1tbsp fresh cream
  17. 1tsp redchilly powder
  18. 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  19. Salt
  20. 1tsp cumin and coriander powder
  21. 1tsp kitchen king garam masala
  22. 1 tsp Kashmiri Masala
  23. 1tbsp chooped mint
  24. 1tbsp chopped coriander
  25. 1tsp sauff powder
  26. 1/4 tsp ginger powder
  27. Pinch of sugar and cardamom powder
  28. Drop of lemon juice
  29. 1cup water
  30. 1 tsp kasoori methi
  31. for slari
  32. 1tbsp ghee
  33. 1tsp redchilly powder,
  34. 1tbsp water

Instructions

  1. TAKE PARBOILED POTATOES, SCOOP IT OUT
  2. ADD REST OF POTATOES AND 1 CUP CRUMBLED PANEER
  3. ADD 1 TSP CHOOPED GREEN CHILLY, 1TBSP CHOPPED CORIANDER AND 1/2TSP REDCHILLY POWDER
  4. 1/4 TSP TURMERIC POWDER AND SALT AND MIX
  5. DEEP FRY THE POTATO
  6. STUFF WITH PANEER MASALA
  7. HEAT 2 TBSP GHEE AND ADD CUMIN SEEDS THEN 2 TBSP GREENCHILLY GINGER AND GARLIC PASTE
  8. SAUTE
  9. ADD 1/3 CUP ONION PASTE, SAUTE
  10. ADD 1 TSP REDCHILLY POWDER,1/2 TSP TURMERIC POWDER, 1 TSP CUMIN CORIANDER POWDER
  11. SALT, 1 TSP KITCHEN KING GARAM MASALA , 1 TSP KASHMIRI MASALA
  12. MIX AND ADD TOMATO PUREE.
  13. ADD 1/3 CUP KASHMIRI REDCHILLY PASTE
  14. MIX AND SIMMERING
  15. ADD 1/3 CUP CASHEW PASTE , MIX
  16. ADD 1TSP SAUFF POWDER , 1/4 TSP GINGER POWDER, 1 TBSP CHOOPED MINT, 1TBSP CHOPPED CORIANDER, MIX
  17. 1TBSP FRESH CREAM, MIX
  18. PINCH OF SUGAR AND CARDAMOM POWDER
  19. 1 CUP OF WATER , SIMMERING
  20. 1TSP KASOORI METHI
  21. HEAT 1 TBSP GHEE , ADD 1TSP REDCHILLY POWDER AND QUICKLY ADD 1TBSP WATER
  22. POUR IN CURRY, MIX
  23. SERVE
  24. SET STUFFED POTATOES
  25. DELICIOUS
