- Mango cubed – 1 cup
- Curd -1 cup
- Milk – Äµ cup
- Sugar – 3 to 4 tbsp
- Cardamom – 1
- Finely chop the pistachios and remove seeds from cardamom pod.
- Pulse mango pieces, cardamom seeds and sugar in a blender until thick. Now add curd and milk and blend till smooth.
- Pour in serving glasses and serve immediately by garnishing with chopped pistachios.
