I love rajma chawal and this looks very tempting!
Soak the rajma overnight. Next day, in a pressure cooker you can boil the rajma for 2/3 whistle.
Heat a wok, add in oil and add cumin seeds, chopped onions. Fry for 2 to 3 minutes.
Add the ginger garlic paste and fry for some more time and add the chopped tomatoes.
Let it cook for 3 to 4 minutes. Add salt and all the masala and cook till the masala is ready.
Add the boiled rajma and cook for another 4 to 5 minutes. Garnish with chopped corriander leaves.
Serve Rajma with white rice.
