This is a delicious sweet, innovated by me, made by a vegetables which is a boring one.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Radish [grated] - 2 cup
  2. milk - 2 cups
  3. Sugar - 1 cup
  4. Coconut powder - 3 tbsp
  5. for garnishing : Cashew nuts
  6. Raisins

Instructions

  1. First reduce the sharpness of radish and boil it with milk, in a saucepan.
  2. After that, once the milk is reduced, add some sugar and reduce it till it get thick to make dome shape pede make that mixture to cool down now make the shape that you want as i made.
  3. Roll in coconut powder and garbish with cashew nuts and raisins.
