Ingredients to make lonka posta machch bhaja

  • Fish 1:/2 kg
  • garlic 2 full
  • green chilly 6
  • salt to taste
  • oil to fry fish
  • 100gms poppy seed grind finely with garlic

How to make lonka posta machch bhaja

  1. take a pan add oil to it
  2. mix salt to fish put it in the pan to fry
  3. after some time add all the other ingredients to the fish and fry till every flavour releases

My Tip:

Ingredients apart from fish should be added after fish is fried abit if added together spices may burn
