ABOUT Tandoori Fish RECIPE

This tandoori fish is cooked using salmon fish using convection oven . You can also use microwave or tawa to fry.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Salmon- 4 Pieces
  2. To Marinade ;
  3. Oil - 1 Tbsp
  4. Redchilli powder- 1 Tbsp
  5. Coriander Powder- 2 Tsp
  6. Turmeric Powder - 1.5 Tsp
  7. Cumin Powder - 1 Tsp
  8. Ginger Garlic paste - 2 Tsp
  9. Garam Masala Powder - 1/2 Tsp
  10. Black Pepper Powder - 1/2 Tsp
  11. Lemon Juice - 1 Tsp
  12. Chopped Green Chili - 1 Tsp
  13. Chopped Curry leaves- Few
  14. Rice Flour/Corn Flour - 1 Tsp
  15. Salt - 1 Tsp(as per your taste)

Instructions

  1. Wash the fish and pat it with paper towel to. absorb extra moisture.
  2. Take a Bowl, and mix all the ingredients given in 'to marinate' and make as a paste. Check for spice add if you need anything and mix well.
  3. Apply the marination paste above the fish equally at both sides. Let it marinate for 30-45 minutes. Then only masala goes well into fish.
  4. After 30-45 mintues you can cook in Two ways
  5. If u are cooking in convection oven take a tray and put the aluminum foil above it. Grease some oil above it put the fish pieces.
  6. Preheat the oven for 350 degree f then place the fish tray. Broil for 5 minutes in each sides .

  7. If you cooking in microwave oven in grilling rack brush little oil keep the fish on top of grilling rack. Preheat the oven for 250 degree
  8. Set the microwave oven to grill mode cook for 5-7 minutes both sides
  9. After that Tandoori Fish will be Ready To Serve.
