Hyderbad aloo bonda combined with everyone's favorite chaat with white peas and coconut

Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. 5 boiled and mashed potatoes
  2. Salt n pepper to taste
  3. 2 green chillies chopped
  4. 2tsp coriander leaves
  5. 2tsp mustard seeds
  6. 1 cup fresh grated coconut
  7. 1tsp tamarind paste
  8. 4tsp boiled and mashed rice
  9. 2tsp urad dal powder
  10. 2tsp coriander and coconut chutney
  11. 1tsp oil

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix potatoes, rice and urad dal together.
  2. Now heat oil in a pan, and add mustard seeds, ginger, 1tsp coconut and mix with potatoes mixture.
  3. Add some corn flour to it and make bonda like round shape and cook on appe pan.
  4. In another pan heat oil and add boiled white peas and little water
  5. Add salt n pepper and chillies to it
  6. Now serve white peas mix in a plate, put some vadas on it and top the vadas with coconut, coriander and coconut chutney and tamarind paste.
  7. You can add raw onion chopped
