Missi Roti

Ingredients to make Missi Roti

  • 1 cup wholewheat flour
  • 1/2 cup gram flour
  • 2 green chillies chopped
  • 1 medium sized onion chopped
  • salt to taste
  • turmeric powder 1/4tsp
  • 1 tsp coriander powder
  • 1/2 tsp cumin powder
  • 2 tsp kasuri methi
  • 1 tsp anardana
  • Fresh coriander chopped
  • water as required

How to make Missi Roti

  1. Mix all the ingredients in a bowl except water.
  2. Add little water. Knead it slightly, prepare the dough.
  3. Take a lemon sized ball and roll it into a medium thick (approx 1 cm) chapati.
  4. Put on the skillet on medium flame and spread some ghee on both sides.
  5. Serve hot and crispy with homemade white butter and lassi.
