Ingredients Serving: 9

  1. 1 cup roasted suji (fry in ghee)
  2. 1 cup kaju powder
  3. 1 cup coconut powder
  4. 1/2 cup sugar powder
  5. 1 tsp Elaichi powder
  6. 1 cup milk
  7. 2 spoons ghee
  8. Kaju, Almond for decoration

Instructions

  1. Dry roast the suji well, gradually add in some ghee and roast for a minute.
  2. Add in the kaju powder, coconut powder, sugar powder, cardamom powder, turn off the stove.
  3. Transfer and mix all the ingredients in a bowl, add milk gradually. Make round shapes of ladoos and decorate with kaju and almonds.
