Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. Basmati rice - 2 cups
  2. Potato, chopped - 2 cups
  3. Onion chopped - 1 cup
  4. Cardamom - 6
  5. Green chilli - 2, chopped
  6. Turmeric powder - 2 tsp
  7. Moong dal - 1/2 cup
  8. Ghee - 6 tsp
  9. Coriander, chopped - 1 tsp
  10. Salt to taste
  11. Water - 6 cups

Instructions

  1. Pressure cook everything together till 4 whistles.
  2. Serve hot with ghee etc.
