Paneer kulia

Ingredients to make Paneer kulia

  • Boiled potato 3-4
  • paneer chopped 4 tbsp
  • rock salt to taste
  • cumin powder 1/4 tsp
  • Chopped coriander 1 tbsp
  • lemon juice 1 tsp
  • chilli powder 1/4 tsp
  • Samak rice flour 3 tbsp

How to make Paneer kulia

  1. Boiled the potatoes in salted water. Keep in the fridge for 3-4 hours.
  2. Make a cavity in the center of potato with the melon scooper. Coat the potatoes with samak rice flour. Shallow fry these potatoes til golden.
  3. For stuffing: Chop the paneer, add salt, chilli powder, cumin powder, lemon juice and mix well.
  4. Fill the potatoes with the paneer. Sprinkle some rock salt, tamarind chutney and lemon juice on top of it.

My Tip:

Chill the potatoes before scooping .
