Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Basmathi rice 400g
  2. Boneless pieces of fish 250 g
  3. Egg 4
  4. Onion 100g
  5. Green chilli 2 nos
  6. Spring onion small amount
  7. White pepper 1 tbs
  8. Soya sauce 4-5 drops
  9. Ginger finely chopped 1 tbs
  10. Garlic finely chopped 1 tbs
  11. Oil 100 g
  12. Bay leaf 1
  13. Black pepper 10 nos
  14. Lemon juice for taste

Instructions

  1. In hot water soak rice for 15 min.
  2. In a pot,add one and half litre water boil the water, put the soaked rice,salt bay leaf black pepper,one teaspoon oil.cook well for 4 minutes.filter the water
  3. In a pan,pour oil,add ginger ,garlic ,chilli, fish,salt,onion. Mix well
  4. add 2 drops of soya sauce.
  5. In the centre leave some space to pour the egg and stir the egg until the egg will cook.
  6. Add the rice.add coriander leaf and spring onion. Toss well.add salt if required.off the flame.if you want you can add lemon juice
