Beet Halwa rolls

Ingredients to make Beet Halwa rolls

  • While wheat flour 1 cup
  • salt to taste
  • ghee 1 tablespoon
  • water to knead 1/4 cup
  • Leftover Beetroot halwa 1 cup.

How to make Beet Halwa rolls

  1. In a bowl , take 1 cup whole wheat flour . Add salt .
  2. Add a tablespoon ghee . Add water gradually . Knead all together into soft dough .
  3. Cover the dough with a damp cotton cloth . Set aside for 15 minutes .
  4. Make medium sized balls and roll into medium rotis .
  5. Cook the rotis in a hot griddle .
  6. Cook both sides and transfer the roti to a plate.
  7. Take the already prepared leftover Beetroot halwa .
  8. Spread the Beetroot halwa on the inner side of the roti . Roll the rotis .Stick the ends with halwa
  9. Cut the rolls into two mini rolls . Repeat the process for the other rotis .

Any halwa can be used .
