Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. Chicken legs - 12
  2. Red wine - ½ cup
  3. Cola vita wine - 2 tbsp
  4. Salt - 1 tbsp
  5. Garlic paste - 2 tbsp
  6. Green chilly and Ginger paste - 2 tbsp
  7. Hung curd - 2 tbsp
  8. Chilly flakes - 2 tbsp
  9. Coriander Powder - 2 tbsp
  10. Chat masala - 2 tbsp
  11. Grind yellow mustard - 1 tbsp
  12. Salt - according to raste
  13. Dry mint powder - 1 tbsp
  14. Oil for sprinkling - 4 tbsp

Instructions

  1. In a bowl add red wine, cola vita vine, salt and mix them well.
  2. Marinate all the chicken legs with it.
  3. Leave it for half an hour.
  4. meanwhile, In a bowl add Garlic paste ,Green chilly and Ginger paste ,Hung curd, Chilly flakes ,Coriander powder ,Chat masala ,Grind yellow mustard ,Salt ,Dry mint powder and mix it well.
  5. us it as a second marination after half an hour on the same pieces.
  6. leave it for 2 hours.
  7. After 2 hours arrange the marinated pieces on skewers.
  8. Place it carefully on barbecue.
  9. Sprinkle some oil in it.
  10. Roast it until it is brown
  11. Serve it hot with green chutney and onion rings.
