Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. One cup wheat flour
  2. 1 cup maida
  3. Salt to taste
  4. One tablespoon sugar
  5. 2 tbsp Oil
  6. 1/2 cup Milk
  7. Water as required
  8. Daal makhni
  9. 3/4 cup urad daal
  10. 1/4 cup kidney beans
  11. 2 tbsp cumin seeds
  12. 8 garlic cloves chopped
  13. 2 inch Ginger root chopped
  14. 1 tbsp garam masala powder
  15. One tablespoon red chilli powder
  16. 2 tomatoes chopped
  17. 3 tablespoon butter
  18. 1 onion chopped
  19. 1 tbsp oil
  20. Salt to taste
  21. For jeera aloo
  22. 200 gram potato
  23. 50 ml oil
  24. 20 gram ginger
  25. 10 gram cumin seeds
  26. 30 gram garlic
  27. 10 gram turmeric
  28. 5 gram garam masala
  29. 20 gram coriander powder
  30. Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Firstly in a large mixing bowl take maida and wheat flour
  2. Add salt sugar baking soda and oil
  3. Now add milk and start to knaed
  4. Add water as required and need to smooth and soft the Dough
  5. Cover with cloth and rest for 30 minutes
  6. Lachha paratha recipe
  7. Take a large size ball dough rolled and flatten it
  8. Also dust with some wheat flour
  9. Grease the chapati with oil and Sprinkle wheat flour over it
  10. Now start creating plates by folding with the help of finger
  11. Begin to roll the plated dough like a Swiss roll
  12. Secure the end by pressing gently
  13. Take the rilled ball and dust with some wheat flour
  14. And start rolling to a thin circle
  15. Take a tawa and placed the rolled paratha
  16. After a minute flip off cook the other side
  17. Once the golden brown spots start appearing on both sides grease with oil
  18. roast both side
  19. Then crush the paratha to form layers
  20. Dal makhani recipe
  21. Soak a dal and Rajma overnight in the four cups of water
  22. Boil the dal. Add salt ,red chilli powder and half the chopped ginger till dal and Rajma are cooked and soft
  23. Peel and chop the onion ginger and garlic finally also chopped tomatoes
  24. Heat oil and butter in a pen ad cumin seeds when it crackle add onions and fry in oil till it golden brown
  25. Add chopped tomato,ginger, garlic
  26. Add boiled daal and rajma
  27. Add fresh cream and garam masala powder
  28. Let it simmer for another five minutes
  29. Serve hot
  30. Recipe of jeera aloo
  31. Boiled potatoes and dice them .chop the ginger,garlic coriander
  32. Hit oil and saute the cumin seeds untill they crackle
  33. Add garlic and ginger and saute until golden.
  34. Stir in the chopped ginger and add the potato.
  35. Sprinkle Garam Masala, coriander powder and toss.
