Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Papad - 3 to 4
  2. Curd - 1 cup
  3. Water - 2 cups
  4. Dhaniya powder - 2 tspn
  5. Besan -1 tspn
  6. Haldi -1/2tspn
  7. Chilli powder- 1 tspn
  8. Cumin seeds - 1/4 tspn
  9. Oil
  10. Salt

Instructions

  1. ADD CURD IN A BOWL
  2. ADD DHANIA POWDER.
  3. ADD BESAN.
  4. ADD HALDI AND CHILLI POWDER.
  5. ADD SALT AND MIX WELL.
  6. BREAK THE PAPAD INTO SMALL PIECES.
  7. HEAT OIL IN A PAN, ADD CUMIN AND ALLOW TO SPLUTTER.
  8. POUR THE MIXTURE SLOWLY BY LOWERING THE FLAME.
  9. ADD WATER AND MIX WELL
  10. BRING IT TO BOIL TILL OIL SEPARATES
  11. ADD THE PAPADS.
  12. MIX WELL AND COOK FOR 5 TO 8 MIN.
