Chinese Bhel

Ingredients to make Chinese Bhel

  • Fried noodles - 1 cup
  • Hot garlic sauce or sczhwan sauce - 6 tsp
  • carrot julliens - 1/2 cup
  • carrot strips - 1/2 cup
  • onion strips - 1/2 cup
  • capsicum strips - 1/2 cup
  • Spring onion wd green - 1/2 cup
  • tomato strips without seeds - 1/2 cup
  • Fresh coriander leaves - 1/2 cup
  • Salsa sauce - 2 tbsp

How to make Chinese Bhel

  1. Take a bowl, put all the chopped vegetables in.
  2. Add schezwan sauce in salsa sauce.
  3. Crush the fried noodles into small pieces.
  4. Mix the noodles with all the ingredients at the time of serving. Mix well. Add coriander leaves.
  5. Serve immediately otherwise noodles become soggy (if you want, add some tomato ketchup according to your taste).
