Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. Gram flour 400 gram
  2. Curd 250 gram
  3. Salt 1 and 1/2 teaspoon
  4. Red pepper powder 1 teaspoon
  5. Carom seeds 1 teaspoon
  6. Turmeric powder 1 teaspoon
  7. Coriander powder 1 teaspoon
  8. 2 onions
  9. 3 Tomatoes
  10. 3...4 garlic cloves
  11. 2 green chillies
  12. Oil 4 teaspoon
  13. Ghee 2 tablespoons
  14. 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  15. Gwar ki phali 500 gram
  16. Salt 1 teaspoon
  17. A pinch of asoefodia
  18. Carom seeds 1 teaspoon
  19. Red pepper powder 1 teaspoon
  20. Coriander powder 1 teaspoon
  21. Oil 2 tablespoons

Instructions

  1. Take gram flour in a bowl
  2. Add half teaspoon salt
  3. Add 1/4 teaspoon carom seeds
  4. Add red pepper powder and baking soda
  5. Add 2 teaspoon oil
  6. Knead a dough
  7. Now make cylindrical strips
  8. Put a pot filled with 2 litre of water adding 2 teaspoon oil and 2 tablespoons curd in it
  9. Now boil dough strips in it for 6 ...7 minutes
  10. Now remove from water and cut into pieces
  11. In another pan put ghee Add asoefodia and carom seeds
  12. Add garlic and onion paste
  13. Add tomatoes puree and chopped green chillies
  14. Add all the spices and salt
  15. Add the water in which gatte were boiled
  16. Add gatte in it
  17. Let it take a boil
  18. Add rest of curd
  19. For gwar ki fali ...Boil them
  20. Clean thread from both sides
  21. Put oil in a vok on medium heat
  22. Add asoefodia and carom seeds
  23. Add gwar fali in it
  24. Add salt and spices
  25. Add chopped green chillies
  26. Mix well
  27. Stir for 2 minutes
  28. Turn off the flame
  29. Serve with chapatis
