Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Dry salted mackeral fish 4 pcs
  2. Black musturd 2 tsp
  3. Redchilli 3
  4. Garlic 1 pod
  5. Tomato 2 nos
  6. Turmuric pwdr half tsp Salt
  7. Redchilli pwdr half tsp
  8. Musturd oil 2 tbsp
  9. Coriander leaves for garnishing

Instructions

  1. First clean and wash dry fish (sukhua) marinated with turmuric pwdr
  2. Then heat a pan add oil & fry sukhua both side,
  3. Now make a smooth paste useing musturd seeds ,garlic,redchilli,
  4. Add the paste in fried sukhua & cook in low flame for 5 -7 mins
  5. Dont add salt bcoz dryfish is already salted,
  6. When it cooked the oil is separated in masala &its done,
  7. Now sprinkle some chopped coriander leaves and serve with rice.
