How to make Ponnanganni Keerai fry

  1. The leaves should be soaked in water, washed well, clean the leaves and remove the stem.
  2. Take a kadai, add oil, seasoning and keerai or the bhaji.
  3. Add turmeric, salt and fry till done.
  4. Add fresh coconut scrapings. Fry for some more time.
  5. Serve with rice or roti
My Tip: Can also add half cooked toor dal or moong dal instead of coconut.
