Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Ponnanganni Keerai, cleaned 1 cup
  2. 1/2 cup grated fresh coconut
  3. 2 tsp oil
  4. Mustard seeds,,,r
  5. Urad dal as per choice
  6. Chana dal as per choice
  7. Red chilli 2
  8. Hing just a pinch
  9. Coriander leaves
  10. Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. The leaves should be soaked in water, washed well, clean the leaves and remove the stem.
  2. Take a kadai, add oil, seasoning and keerai or the bhaji.
  3. Add turmeric, salt and fry till done.
  4. Add fresh coconut scrapings. Fry for some more time.
  5. Serve with rice or roti
