Kadai paneer

Ingredients to make Kadai paneer

  • paneer 1/2 kg
  • shimla mirch 1/2kg
  • onions 4-5
  • tomatoes 4-5
  • Chopped dania leaves

How to make Kadai paneer

  1. First cut shimla mirch into small pieces and paneer pieces.
  2. Take a kadai and add little oil to it.Add the shimla mirch pieces and stir fry adding little water.
  3. Keep them aside.
  4. Now chop thick onion slices.
  5. Take kadai and add oil and stir fry onion till light brown.
  6. Again in the same kadai add tomato pieces and stir fry them.
  7. Now add the shimla mirch.
  8. Add the namak,lal mirch powder,kadai paneer masala ,haldi.
  9. Mix them well and stir fry for 5min.
  10. Finally add paneer pieces.
  11. Mix all well and take it out on a serving plate.
  12. Garnish with chopped dania leaves on sides and ur kadai paneer is rrady to serve.Happy cooking!!!

My Tip:

Take more quantity of tomatoes than.onions to get that perfect taste
